Terms and Conditions
All your orders are made subject to our terms and conditions, which are set out below.
HOW TO ORDER
ONLINE – browse our website product pages and add one or more products to your basket. Once you have added the products you wish to order click “Checkout With PayPal”. Your payment is made on PayPal's terms and conditions (click here to view those terms and conditions).
EMAIL – browse our website product pages and email us the product details you would like to order, and we will contact you for payment details.
All our prices are in £ sterling. We only accept payment in £ sterling.
Unfortunately we do not display stock levels on our website at present. If a product is out of stock by the time we receive your order, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options. We will either offer a refund or you can wait a little longer and receive your product as soon as it is available.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order and to a refund of the purchase price, where you cancel the order within 7 working days of the day after you receive the products. Please read the Returns section below for more details.
DELIVERY
We deliver products to any location in mainland United Kingdom. We also deliver products to islands within the United Kingdom (see below for details). Sorry, but we do not deliver products to any other locations.
Our delivery fee is £5.95 for a product with a value of up to £50.00 and is £7.95 for a product with a value of £50.01 - £80.00 and FREE for any product with a value over £80.01.
If the products you have ordered are in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving payment. Therefore, you can expect your order within 3-5 working days from the date of payment. However, please note that delivery of products ordered from the 'Children's Play Products' section will take approximately 5-10 working days from the date of payment. Also, deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands and islands may take an additional 1-3 working days. While we make every effort to deliver within those timeframes, delays may occasionally occur, for example due to strikes or adverse weather.
If you require your order within 1-3 working days, please contact us for delivery fees.
Please provide a correct delivery address and delivery details. Our products are delivered by Royal Mail. Delivery is made subject to Royal Mail's terms and conditions of delivery (click here to view those terms and conditions). In particular, please note that if no one is available to receive and sign for a product Royal Mail will leave a card explaining how to arrange to have the product delivered.
WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
These terms and conditions are subject to your rights at law.
We hope that you are delighted with your products. We guarantee that the products should reach you free of defects or faults and that they correspond with their description (subject to slight variations of products from those displayed on-line or in catalogues - see the Returns section below for further details).
Subject to your rights above and for claims with respect to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, we shall not be liable to you whether under a claim for contribution or under statute, tort (including but not limited to liability for negligence), contract or otherwise (although exclusions or limitations of liability shall not apply in respect of fraud) in respect of any loss of profits, revenue or goodwill or loss of business, increased costs or expenses, or wasted expenditure, or special, indirect or consequential loss of any type.
RETURNS
We hope that you are delighted with your products. We will replace any products that are faulty or defective, or that do not correspond with description. As an alternative we may, at our discretion, refund the purchase price. We will pay the costs of returning the products where we accept your claim. Please note that, despite taking every reasonable step to make certain that the reproduction of colours, styles and products is as accurate as the photographic, online and print process will allow, slight variations may occur between the products displayed on-line or in catalogues and those delivered.
Please let us know if you have any concerns about faulty or defective products, or about products that do not correspond with description, as soon as possible, and in all cases within 14 days of discovering the fault or defect. Sorry, but we cannot accept claims for returns after those dates.
In addition to your rights above, you have the right to cancel this agreement and to ask for a refund of the purchase price under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (“the Regulations”). Under the Regulations you may cancel this agreement within 7 working days of the day after your receive the products and receive a full refund. In that case please return the goods to us and we will provide a refund. You are responsible for the costs of return and you must not use the products while in your possession and must take reasonable care of the products.
Please return products by ‘recorded delivery’. It is difficult for us to exchange, replace, or refund products that are lost in the post, unless the above can be provided.
PRIVACY NOTICE
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information given about you to process you order and to answer any queries you may have about your order and for no other purpose. Other than as noted below, we will not pass on your personal information to a third party. We will destroy all information we hold on you after a reasonable period has passed.
Please be aware that our site links to other websites and that we use PayPal and Royal Mail to assist with completing your orders. PayPal does not provide us with your payment details. We are not responsible for the data policies or procedures of the linked websites or of PayPal or Royal Mail and we are not responsible for the content of the websites of PayPal, Royal Mail or of linked websites.
You have the right to see personal data that we keep about you, where you request to see that personal data. If you are concerned that any of the information we hold on you is incorrect please contact us.
LAW OF AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
