HOW TO ORDER
ONLINE – browse our website product pages and add one or more products to your basket. Once you have added the products you wish to order click “Checkout With PayPal”. Your payment is made on PayPal's terms and conditions (click here to view those terms and conditions).
EMAIL – browse our website product pages and email us the product details you would like to order, and we will contact you for payment details.
All our prices are in £ sterling. We only accept payment in £ sterling.
Unfortunately we do not display stock levels on our website at present. If a product is out of stock by the time we receive your order, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options. We will either offer a refund or you can wait a little longer and receive your product as soon as it is available.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order and to a refund of the purchase price, where you cancel the order within 7 working days of the day after you receive the products. Please read the Returns section below for more details.
DELIVERY
We deliver products to any location in mainland United Kingdom. We also deliver products to islands within the United Kingdom (see below for details). Sorry, but we do not deliver products to any other locations.
Our delivery fee is £4.95 for a product with a value of up to £50.00 and is £7.95 for a product with a value of £50.01 - £75.00 and FREE for any product with a value over £75.01.
If the products you have ordered are in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving payment. Therefore, you can expect your order within 3-5 working days from the date of payment. However, please note that delivery of products ordered from the 'Children's Play Products' section will take approximately 5-10 working days from the date of payment. Also, deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands and islands may take an additional 1-3 working days. While we make every effort to deliver within those timeframes, delays may occasionally occur, for example due to strikes or adverse weather.
If you require your order within 1-3 working days, please contact us for delivery fees.
Please provide a correct delivery address and delivery details. Our products are delivered by Royal Mail. Delivery is made subject to Royal Mail's terms and conditions of delivery (click here to view those terms and conditions). In particular, please note that if no one is available to receive and sign for a product Royal Mail will leave a card explaining how to arrange to have the product delivered.
